HOMEMADE PICKLE CONTEST

Do you make killer pickles or just want to see how your pickles, sauerkraut or dilly beans stacks up to the rest? Enter your pickles and have a chance to win cash prizes!

Indicate which categories you would like to enter. Feel free to enter any or all categories:

-Lacto-fermented Cucumber Pickles

-Lacto-fermented Non-Cucumber Vegetables

-Vinegar Cucumber Pickles

-Vinegar Non-Cucumber Vegetables

-JUNIOR (18 and Under) Open Category

All pickles must be brought by you or a representative to the Townshend Commons between 8:00AM-9:00AM on Saturday August 13th. Early entries can be dropped off on Sunday August 7th from 12:00PM-2:00PM. Official Pickle Judging will occur before the event on Saturday August 13th and winners will be announced at 10:00AM when the event begins.

In order to be eligible for prizes, my pickles must be in a sealed container and I will label my pickles with the following information:

-Pickle category
-Name of pickle maker
-Phone number
-Email

Your presence at the awards ceremony is encouraged but not mandatory.

KID’S PICKLE OLYMPICS

Kids will have a blast at Townshend Pickle Day! All kids who come to Pickle Day will have a chance to participate in a series of pickle-themed “Olympic Games”.
