- Fresh cabbage
- (sea) Salt – 1 tbsp/lb water
- Weight (rock, bag of water)
Rinse cabbage. Cut into small pieces. Transfer to bowl. Massage salt into cabbage until juicy. Press cabbage into jar
with water until fully submerged. Place weight on top of cabbage. Let jar sit on counter, testing daily until
preferred flavor + texture is reached. About 1 week.

- 8 oz jar Finallie Electric Curry Kraut, drained
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup sifted flour
- ¼ cup baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Warm large skillet and bring kraut to simmer. Meanwhile, mix your dumpling ingredients together. Dough should be
fairly stiff. Drop the dumpling into a skillet from a large spoon using your finger, repeat. Cover the pan and let
simmer for 15 minutes. Turn dumplings over, simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Serve together.
